I've been doing this work for more than 20 years. Reiki is at the center of it, and over time I've added reflexology, sound therapy, guided meditation, Ayurvedic herbal oil techniques and trauma-informed practices — not to build a longer list, but because each one genuinely helps different people in different ways.

I work mostly with women, which wasn't something I planned. It's just who kept finding their way here — usually in the middle of something that didn't have a clean resolution. Perimenopause. Grief. Burnout. A life that no longer fits. Not falling apart, just exhausted in a way that's hard to explain to people who haven't felt it.

I'm not here to fix you or tell you what you need. I'm here to give your nervous system a chance to settle — and to pay attention to what's actually going on.
